Sucker painted rock
Our candy trick or treaters wouldn’t be complete without the classic sucker! We’ve flipped this guy and he’s ready to go collect his candy with his cute Frankenstein bag.
To create this rock I highly suggest grabbing the 1M Posca paint pen for your outline. It makes things a whole lot easier! I’ve linked to these pens below.

Step by step instructions for how to paint a lollipop
You can grab the Posca pens that I used on this painted rock here.
To begin we are going to flip our sucker upside down, this way the stick is up in the air.
Create a circle with the twisted paper at the top. Sketch in your sucker stick.
Add on arms, legs, and then a bag. Color in the lollipop wrapper any color you like.
Color the stick white and decorate his trick or treat bag. Isn’t little Frankenstein cute!
Once your wrapper is dry decide if you want a second coat.
When you are happy with the wrapper, take your black and outline once more. This will leave a nice crisp edge and you can cover any mistakes you may have made.
Now add on your face. I like to put my eyes just a bit above the arms. Set them wide and then come in with a small little smile in the middle just below the eyes.
Last add on a little twinkle in the eyes. This instantly ups the cuteness to another level.
