I wanted to add a few new Easter rocks to the site this year. I realized I was missing one of the cutest additions. A little lamb! This animal rock is perfect for rock painting beginners. I will break it down step by step so you can create a few of your own.
Last season I made a bunch of bunny rocks and chick rocks. I’m already seeing so many of these popping up in rock painting groups this season. I can’t wait for this little lamb rock to join the bunch! Just like the other animal rocks we have created this is a supper simple design that you just need to see broken down if you are a beginner to painting or drawing in general.

Supplies to create this little lamb Easter rock
I often like to start by giving myself a full outline to work with. Today I lined my rock using one of my Micron Black Pens.
Next, I used my Deco Art Paints to fill in the colors.
I also used my dotting tools to fill in this rock today to help get the swirling effect on the wool.
