Where to Buy Rocks
There are a few options… you can check local landscape supply shops. “river rock” comes in all sizes sometime they will let you get a 5 gallon bucket full. Some craft stores carry them. I get most of mine from online You can check out our favorites in our Amazon shop https://amzn.to/4qJvTfC
What Pens do I Paint Rocks With
It is best to use water-based paint pens. I use a lot of Posca brand and a few Artistro (the extra fine tips) and recently I’ve purchased a few sets of Tooli-Art. I have an Amazon shop with some of the ones I have – https://amzn.to/3QLSaKo – It is worth paying a little more for quality pens so they don’t dry out on you. That is the most common problem.
How Do I Seal My Rocks
There are a few options! It really depends on the conditions you are working with and the finish you want. I have my favorite spray on (weather permitting), brush on, as well as Resin options (glass looking finish) in our shop – https://amzn.to/4qJvTfC
