Snowman Painted Rocks
Now I paint a lot of rocks. Most of them to hide around town as random acts of kindness.
This drives my little one crazy! I let her keep an occasional rock, but let’s face it. If she kept all the rocks she liked they would be everywhere!
So from time to time, I like to surprise her with a fun new busy bag of rocks. I’ve made her memory, number rocks, and even tic-tac-toe.
But, today I took a line from one of her very favorite movies so I could ask her, “do you wanna build a snowman?”

Step by step instructions for these snowman gifts
I used my 1M colors and the Micron pens for the outlines.
Start by placing a white snowball in each one of your rocks. Decide which one will be the top middle and bottom section of your snowmen. 
Then let your imagination go! Try to make each section a little bit different.
Start adding outlines to really bring out the details. Like a simple Y shape in this stocking cap really makes it look like it’s flopping over to the side. 
And by outlining the sticks past the edge of the snowball it makes them look like they are coming right out of the snowman.
A few little lines on the side of your snowman’s nose helps give the carrot some shape. 
When the first sides dry flip them over and design the backs! Give them time to completely dry then make sure to seal them well.
Since they will be stored in a bag they will get dinged up a bit over time, but a few good layers of sealant will still keep them in decent shape for quite some time.
